Albemarle County events often use vineyards, estates, farms, tents, lawns, and barns where distance, wind, terrain, and power access matter as much as guest count. Blue Ridge Sound builds those site conditions into the plan from the beginning.
A ceremony lawn and reception space may require separate coverage zones. Remote sites may need generator support, longer cable runs, weather planning, or earlier access for testing. Confirming those logistics before event day helps prevent rushed changes and sound gaps.
