What AV do you provide for corporate events?

We provide speech-focused sound for meetings, panels, galas, and company events: wireless and podium microphones, presentation and video audio, and speakers placed for clear coverage. Each event is quoted around your room, run of show, and staffing needs.

For company events, our Live & Large package (from $3,500) covers up to ~250 guests with stage monitors, an on-site engineer, and a multi-channel mixer for multiple presenters or a mixed program. Smaller gatherings can run on our Reception Only package — tell us your format and we'll recommend the right fit.

Can you cover indoor and outdoor company events?
