Wintergreen events can combine mountain ceremony views, terraces, lodges, private homes, dinner rooms, and separate reception spaces. Blue Ridge Sound designs the audio path around guest movement and the run of show so every important voice, cue, announcement, and dance-floor transition has dedicated coverage.
Elevation changes, steep or limited load-in paths, fast weather shifts, distant power, venue access windows, and inconsistent connectivity can complicate production. We plan offline playback, protected connections, speaker zones, ceremony backups, DJ and MC timing, and realistic setup and teardown windows around the site.
